Who we are
Fit&Care is a newly founded Spitex organisation from the canton of Aargau. We care for and support people where they feel safest: in their own home.
Fit&Care was founded by Kosovare Ramadani and Fitore Qerimaj to provide care the way they understand it: professionally competent, humane and with enough time for every client.
We support people who need help because of an illness, an accident, a disability or old age – and their relatives, who carry a large part of the care at home.
