General terms and conditions

The full text of the general terms and conditions (Annex 2 of the framework agreement), which you receive together with the framework agreement, is authoritative. On this page we summarise the most important points.

Scope

The general terms and conditions govern the cooperation between Fit&Care Spitex GmbH and its clients for nursing, care and household services. They apply together with the framework agreement and the rate list in force at the time.

Key points from the 2026 rate list

• Nursing services prescribed by a doctor are billed under the KVG (Swiss Federal Health Insurance Act). The minimum duration of a visit is 10 minutes; after that, time is rounded to 5 minutes.
• For household help, care and other services, the minimum duration of a visit is 15 minutes; after that, time is rounded to 5 minutes. The time billed may therefore differ from the time agreed during the assessment.
• For planned visits that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, we charge a flat fee of CHF 55.00.
