Nursing services under the Health Insurance Act (KVG)
Nursing services prescribed by a doctor are mandatory benefits of basic health insurance. They are billed through your health insurer; the deductible, co-payment and patient contribution apply.

Rate according to Art. 7a para. 1 KLV (long-term care). The minimum visit time is 10 minutes; after that, time is rounded to 5 minutes.
Housekeeping and care
These services are paid in full by the client. If you have supplementary insurance, you can submit the invoice to your health insurer, which will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

The minimum visit time is 15 minutes; after that, time is rounded to 5 minutes. The time billed may therefore differ from the time agreed during the assessment.

The standard deficits and the billing rules are set each year by the canton of Aargau. Whether and to what extent supplementary insurance covers costs is decided by your health insurer.
