1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Fit&Care Spitex GmbH, Täfernstrasse 22a, 5405 Baden
Email: info@spitex-fitandcare.ch
This privacy policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, German: DSG) and the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO, German: DSV).
It applies to this website. How we process data in the course of nursing and care (e.g. care records) is governed separately in the framework agreement with our clients.
2. Visiting the website
When you visit this website, technically necessary data is processed automatically, for example your IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited, your browser and operating system. We need this data to provide the website securely and reliably. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
3. No cookies, visitor statistics without tracking
This website does not use cookies or advertising networks. For simple, anonymous visitor statistics we use Umami, which runs on a dedicated server in Switzerland and is operated by our web agency EdelByte. Umami does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not create profiles; only anonymous information such as the page visited, the referring page, browser, device type and country is recorded.
Fonts and images are delivered directly from our server; no content from third parties such as Google Fonts or embedded maps is loaded. The map of the Canton of Aargau is our own graphic. Only when you click a link to an external website (e.g. Google Maps or Instagram) do the privacy provisions of the provider concerned apply.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, subject and message) solely to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions.
Please do not send us detailed health information via the contact form or by ordinary email. We discuss such information with you in person. Healthcare professionals are asked to use our HIN address Spitex-fitandcare@hin.ch for sensitive data.
Messages from the contact form are sent by email to our mailbox. To protect against misuse, we automatically check when the form is submitted whether it was filled in by a human; we do not use any external services for this.
Our mailbox and the sending of messages from the contact form are operated on our behalf by our web agency EdelByte on a dedicated mail server in Switzerland.
5. Hosting
This website is operated on our behalf by our web agency EdelByte on its own servers in Switzerland. EdelByte processes the data mentioned in section 2 only to the extent necessary to operate the website.
6. Disclosure to third parties and abroad
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to handle your enquiry, you have given your consent or we are legally obliged to do so. No disclosure abroad is planned.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose concerned or as required by statutory retention obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted once they have been dealt with.
8. Data security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The connection to this website is encrypted throughout (HTTPS). We store and transmit sensitive data of clients and personnel data exclusively via secure IT systems approved for this purpose.
9. Your rights
Under data protection law you have in particular the right
- to ask whether and which data we process about you,
- to have incorrect data corrected,
- to request the deletion of your data, unless there is an obligation to retain it,
- to object to processing and to withdraw your consent,
- to request that your data be handed over in a common electronic format.
For data protection matters, please write to us at info@spitex-fitandcare.ch. You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, German: EDÖB).
10. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our data processing or the legal requirements change. The version published on this website at the time applies.
