Fit&Care is a young Spitex home care provider from the canton of Aargau. We have been in operation since 1 November 2026. The company is run by Kosovare Ramadani and Fitore Qerimaj.

Our approach

For us, care is more than a series of tasks. It starts with listening, with respect for your life story and with the question of what matters to you.

We founded Fit&Care because we are convinced that professional care and humanity belong together. Our clients should feel safe, have their self-determination taken seriously and sense that we have time for them.

As a new company, we won't tell you a long story. We would rather show you how we work – and who is responsible.

I want to provide care where people feel safest: in their own homes. As a registered nurse (HF), I bring sound professional knowledge, a strong sense of responsibility and several years of experience in professional nursing.

What matters to me is humanity, quality of care and enough time for every client. I stand for respectful, individual and holistic care – and for supporting relatives closely, because they carry an important part of care at home.

How our logo came about

In four steps, our emblem shows what Fit&Care stands for.

    The connected shapes symbolise warmth, compassion and the caring bond between nursing staff and people.

    Home at the centre

    The shape at the centre stands for security, home and the person at the heart of care.

    The finished logo

    It combines humanity, trust and modern care in a clear and memorable design.

Our path

We are growing step by step – and we are open about what we offer and from when.

  1. 1 November 2026

    Start of operations

    From this day on, we provide care for clients throughout the canton of Aargau.

  2. After the start of operations

    Step-by-step expansion

    As our team grows, we will add household services, an on-call service and night visits, and offer training places in nursing.

Care with your data

Health data requires special protection. We store and transmit client and staff data exclusively via secure IT systems approved for this purpose.
