Nursing, care and support – tailored to your life

We support you in the way your situation requires: with nursing care prescribed by a doctor, with care and help in everyday life, and with support for your family.

Needs assessment & advice

Every collaboration begins with a conversation in your home. A registered nurse carefully assesses your nursing and support needs – taking into account your health, your daily life and your wishes. This results in a care plan that suits you.

How we get started

From first contact to the first visit – in four steps.

  1. Step 1: First conversation

You contact us by e-mail or via the contact form – for yourself, as a relative or as a professional. We discuss your request and arrange an appointment.

  2. Step 2: Assessment at your home

A registered nurse visits you and works out with you what support you need and what you would like to keep doing yourself.

  3. Step 3: Planning and agreement

We draw up your care plan and set out services, rates and visit times in a framework agreement. Nursing care under the Swiss Health Insurance Act (KVG) requires a doctor's prescription – we coordinate this with your doctor.

  4. Step 4: Visits and review

The visits begin. We regularly check whether the support still suits you and adjust it if your situation changes.

What does the support cost?
